Ride to Work

When it comes right down to it, riding my bicycle to work is far more preferable than biding my time on the Kabe Line as it slouches its way to the northern parts of the city. With its river delta and wide bike paths (aka, cyclepaths, not to be confused with psychopaths), Hiroshima is a great city around which to commute via bicycle. In fact, it's quicker for me to ride to work than it is to take the train (especially once you take into account the time it takes to walk to-and-from the stations). Unfortunately, today, the weather wasn't very cooperative and I wasn't able to ride. However, things are looking less wet for tomorrow and my fingers are crossed that I'll be on my bike come 6:30 am.
