Fuji pics

There were toilets all the way up....clean toilets. The only caveat, it was 100 yen per visit.

At about 9000 feet Nicola needed a shot of oxygen, which we picked up at 7-11 the night before.

We went up the Yoshidaguchi Trail. Once you ascend Mt. Fuji, you walk into a mini-city.

This is all of us on top of Fuji. It's not the very top, that was another 45-minutes away.

On top of Fuji we spent the night in a hut. At the hut one pillow equals one person. Each pillow is about the length of my forearm (not including my hand). Luckily, the hut wasn't full and we were able to spread out.

We woke up at 4am, along with everyone else, to go out and watch the sunrise.

Here I am at 5am at the very top of Mt. Fuji (3776 meters). No one else came with me. They all stayed at the hut to watch the sunrise.

This is back down at the start of the trail. This guy was completely out.
