Kaiten Sushi

Well...not sushi exactly, it's my sweet potato dessert!

Dessert

After tofu, tofu, and more delicious tofu, I'm on to dessert: sweet
ice cream paired with a slightly bitter green tea. Very, very nice.

Chawanmushi

The steamed egg custard, dreaded by many, but I don't mind them when
there is no seafood inside. I'm taking myself out to a fancy-ish tofu
restaurant for lunch.
