I live fairly near some kind of distribution center for electronics. Outside the loading platform, there's always a pile or two of pallets. I like pallets.
These signs are up near street crossings that school children frequent. It looks like this one is sponsored by a dry cleaner (maybe...my Japanese is usually just a guestimate at best).
UPDATE: If you check the comments you'll see what business actually sponsored this sign (and I'm a huge dork for not being able to tell that the katakana on the sign says 'clinic' and not 'cleaning').

The road safety sign is sponsored by a clinic. 消化器(しょうかき)means 'digestive organs', and 内科(ないか)is 'internal medicine'.
