I Haven't Forgotten About Kosovo
I love the idea of this, but given the condition of many schools (suspicious structural integrity, no bathrooms, not enough desks, etc), the lack of funds for technology purchases & upkeep, and the rolling blackouts, adding connectivity to schools may not even be a usable service in many areas.
