Even though I'm on borrowed time at the moment and don't have much time to sit and write a post (someone is waiting for me to leave the computer so she can lock up the room), I am not looking forward to going home. I haven't had power for nearly 24 hours. The contents of my fridge are toast. I need a shower. I don't have internet. And I have a lot of work to do.
I'm not sure why I'm without power. My landlord said it's because a few people in our immediate area are stealing power. Why that should mean I have to go without power, I'm not sure. (I'm pretty certain my landlord pays the bills on time.) It's a bummer. I do have my little burner so I can boil water, but I really want a shower.
