For a seemingly long time, I didn't understand the geographical breakdown of Kosovo-Metohija. Kosovo the country is broken into two areas: Kosovo, which includes Pristina, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, and Gjilan. Metohija is a long plain flanked by mountains that runs along the western side of Kosovo (the country). This area includes Prizren, Gjakova, and Peja. This region is referred to as Dukagjini in Albanian. Two weekends ago, I was hiking and took a video. I'm coming down a hill and am looking west across the Dukagjini plain towards Gjakova. Prizren is to the south (left) and Peja is north (right). The quality of the video isn't great, but I'm working on taking better videos.
