The Christmas Tree of Prizren

Last night as I was walking to German class I had a nice surprise: A Christmas tree had been put up in Shatervan next to the fountain (you can see Sinan Pasha mosque in the background). This time last year, things were gloomy. The weather was dreary and there was not much in the way of Christmas decorations. And this year there is a Christmas tree in the main square. The catholic church is decked out, too (replete with nativity scene). I'll try to get over there in the next few days to snap some shots.

The only addition I would make would be to add some sort of tree topper, say a star or a nice little angel.
