The Kirsten Kitchen
This is my kitchen. It's really small. My only counter space is 1/2 of the top of the fridge. Sometimes I use the stove top, too (as long as I haven't used any of the burners recently because they keep hot for a wickedly long time, which is good when the power snaps off when I'm cooking something but not good most of the rest of the time). Only one person can fit in the kitchen at a time. I'm also pretty short on pantry space. I make do with what I have, of course, but it can be challenging.

Aww, come on, you revel in the challenge. Can't think of anyone better to do it. I, on the other hand, don't know what I'd do without my three-way citrus zester...
You know without Sheryl that kitchen is way more than I could deal with. Even with half the power you get.... on weekdays.:)
