Still in Chicago

I'm still stuck in Chicago and it'll be a good 24 hours before I get to Kosovo. I should have arrived already. At least United put me up in a hotel last night, which they totally should have because it's their mistake that I'm still here. After spending an hour in line and 30 minutes with a rep yesterday afternoon (who really, really, really screwed up my ticket and my baggage), I spent 30 minutes in line and nearly 90 minutes with a rep last night trying to get my ticket all sorted out (he couldn't do it completely so I had to spend another 45 minutes with a rep this morning). I'm hoping that there will be no more problems. I'm also hoping that my luggage will arrive with me (but I'm not counting on that).

Keep your fingers crossed for me!
