Sushi Ro

Hiroshima now has it's very own Sushi Ro outlet that opened today. There used to be one near where I lived in Chiba, and I went fairly often. A few items have been added to the menu and there's now a fancy-schmancy computer ordering system (which seems fairly intuitive and there are pictures so Japanese isn't a necessity to eating here). My favorite item was the unagi roll. It was a long roll with unagi, egg, cucumber, and something green sprinkled on top. I have a new favorite place for kaiten sushi!

It means 'conveyor belt sushi.'
