I once made ripe tomato jelly. Not bad!
I had a stroke of genius late this afternoon....I'm throwing the bag of frozen tomatoes in the crockpot tomorrow morning. Hopefully, the end result will be a nice vat of tomato stew that I can use as a spaghetti sauce base. :)
