Funny...I have a few vivid memories of my trip here 10 years ago:
1. "Rocky" was on TV.
2. I ate great cake early one afternoon in a little cafe. That cafe is still in business.
3. The flight from Kumamoto into Osaka was incredibly turbulent.
4. When I returned to Kumamoto, I had a difficult time retrieving my car from the park-and-fly place (me speaking Japanese on the telephone trying to get them to come pick me up and take me to my car was nearly an absolute disaster).
