Kosovision

At the moment, I'm researching pre-tertiary education in Kosovo and I came across the Kosovision Contest, which piques my interest. Of course, the first question that popped into my mind was, Did all the students' parents give informed consent? I wish I could see more information about what kinds of projects the participating 5th grade classes are producing in order to "voice their opinions about Kosovo's future."
