Alarmed Bag Notice

Upon receipt of my luggage this morning, I noticed this sticker that
had been put on at SFO to the bottom of my bag. Was it because I had a
container of honey? At least the honey was unopened and in original
packaging. There was also a notice inside the bag from a TSA
contractor that it had been routinely searched.
