Purple Satsumaimo

I also have this purple Japanese sweet potato to cook (I love that its
label has a photo of the grower). I think I will boil both types of
potato and compare the tastes.

I lo-o-ove the Japanese sweet potato. I'm used to the purple kind,
which are ubiquitous. Very happy to be able to try another variety.
