The newly-minted Kosovo constitution kicks in on June 15th. This sounds promising, but there are several acronyms who are knee-deep in trying to get Kosovo sorted out: UNMIK, EULUX, the ISG (not to mention the EU & US). Kosovo is in an international law grey area, which is only confounded by the fact that there are a lot of countries that don't recognize Kosovo as an independent nation. The next few weeks could be interesting.
