Fabulous

I finished the muffins (without a power outtage!) and they are just lovely. I only baked them for about 13 minutes. Twenty would have burnt them to a crisp. I forgot to grease the muffin tin, but a little gentle coaxing and knife work did the trick getting them out.

I think the secret to these babies is the roasted banana. Yum.
