The burgers were incredibly good (especially with the addition of a toasted bun...who eats burgers with cold-from-the-fridge buns anyway?). However, they fell apart a bit onto the plate, so next time I would add an egg to the mix before making the patties. Or maybe there just weren't enough bread crumbs (I think the egg would be easier). I only wish I had a ripe avocado to slice up and layer on. A very good choice for dinner. Go Martha Stewart.
