White Smoke Gloves: A Field Test

From time-to-time, Ken gets to field test Patagonia products. Last night, he had the opportunity to try out the White Smoke gloves (a waterproof/breathable glove with articulated fingers and wrist) while he was removing the wasps from our BBQ. Here's the field report he wrote:

Killing yellowjackets that have taken up residence in your barbecue requires time tested equipment that has been proven to stand up to the long haul. Gloves used for wasp removal need a combination of dexterity to kill the wasp (which may well be the 'queen') as well as the ability to deflect the stinger should the wasp move quicker than you. The White Smoke gloves combine the dexterity of Pittards leather with the wrist guarding capability of a long guantlet, clearly making these gloves the choice of yellowjacket killers worldwide.
